Whether you’re preparing for a Husky checkout or simply seeking more confidence in rugged environments, this ground session will set the foundation for safe, skilled, and rewarding flying.
Did you know that there are some fun grass strips around New England that are great for an overnight or weekend camping trip? Take a moment to live vicariously through Husky pilot, Jason Griswold!
Last summer, Jason flew one of our Huskys to Crow Island (8MA4 in Stow, MA). A beautiful spot for tailwheel pilots to experience as they are backcountry flying around New England. He spent the evening by the fire, ate like a king, and made memories with his son that he can’t wait to recreate this spring. Jason completed our Husky checkout and is now enjoying the backcountry life!
